John
Muir High
School, class of 1965,
between September 1962 and June of 1965, had a tremendous impact on the lives of
750 people who were in that class. From the assassination of JFK, birth of the
Beatles, music of the Beach Boys, the discovery of drivers licenses
to dating and beyond, we were a class touched by world events, and
the normal maturity of adolescents into adults. Most of us
remember Muir as the best times of our lives. Gas was
inexpensive, we didn’t care about taxes and just graduating was a
common goal. In the past 43 years, many of us have made huge
contributions to the world.
As
doctors, attorneys, judges, teachers, business owners, musicians,
professional sports players, ministers, missionaries and much more,
our graduates have gone on to be nationally recognized by society.
It is an honor to be one of the Muir Mustangs that graduated in
1965. This web site is a memorial in time to the achievements
of the members of our class.
